Let KAMLA put the
GAMCHA on.
KAMLA builds and runs your entire tournament Discord server — categories, roles, timers, assign lists, all-in tracking, arcade games, and live polls — so you can focus on running the event, not configuring the server.
From invite to ready in four steps
No dashboards, no config files. KAMLA does the heavy lifting the moment it joins your server.
Add the bot
Click “Add to Discord”, pick your server, and KAMLA drops a welcome card with a one-click setup button.
Auto-build the server
Tell KAMLA your tournament name, format, room count and timezone — it creates every category, channel, and role for you.
Run the event
Use built-in timers, assign lists, all-in tracking, and point-of-information tools during rounds — all role-gated automatically.
Keep everyone engaged
Between rounds, drop into the PLAY arcade or spin up a live poll in the Grand Auditorium — zero extra setup.
One command, a fully organized server
KAMLA lays out purpose-built categories so competitors, adjudicators, and organizers always know where to go.

Self-serve role select menus for competitors, adjudicators, and organizers — with admin overrides when you need them.

Start, pause, and track prep/speech timers per room with live countdowns and automatic alerts.
Assign system
Publishes room assignments per channel and automatically cleans up mentions when a member leaves the server.
All-in tracker
One-click “all-in” confirmation system for rounds, with a live view of who's ready and who's not.
Point of Information
Structured POI request/accept flow so debates stay fair and on-format without manual moderation.

Three games, zero downtime between rounds
Every game runs entirely through interactive buttons — no typing commands mid-match, no clutter in the channel.
Tic-Tac-Toe
play @user in #tic-tac-toe — challenge, accept, get a random symbol and turn order, then play on a live 3×3 button board. 60-second turn timer keeps things moving.
Rock · Paper · Scissors

Toss-Coin
Type toss in #toss-coin (organizers only) or run /toss anywhere in #ga-text — instant heads-or-tails with a clean result embed.
Every command, organized by what you're doing

General
KAMLA is a Discord bot that automates the setup and running of tournament-style servers — originally built for debate tournaments, but flexible enough for any structured competitive event. It builds your server layout, manages roles and timers, and adds arcade games and polls to keep participants engaged.
Yes. KAMLA is completely free — there are no premium tiers, paywalls, or usage limits.
It's our playful way of saying “let KAMLA get to work.” Once you add the bot, it wraps up all the tedious setup and management so your event runs smoothly from the first round to the last.
It was designed around debate/adjudication tournaments (organizer, adjudicator, debater roles), but the structure — timers, room assignment, arcade, polls — generalizes well to any structured competitive or club server.
Setup & permissions
Click any “Add to Discord” button on this page, choose your server, and authorize it. KAMLA will post a welcome message with a setup button as soon as it joins.
Building and maintaining an entire server layout — categories, channels, roles, and permission overwrites — requires broad permissions. KAMLA only uses this access to manage the structures it creates; it does not read message content outside of the few command channels it needs, and it never touches unrelated data.
Yes — the setup/rebuild flow is safe to re-run. It fills in anything missing without duplicating categories, channels, or roles that already exist.
Everyone except the Visitor role can see and use the PLAY category. Toss-Coin's text command is limited to organizer-level roles (ORG/CAP/TABBY), while the global /toss command is open to any non-Visitor member in #ga-text.
KAMLA detects the deletion and automatically recreates the channel, restoring your last known configuration from memory.
Games & polls
Once a challenge is accepted, KAMLA randomly assigns ✕/◯ symbols and randomly picks who moves first. Each turn has a 60-second timer; if a player doesn't move in time, the match ends automatically.
Between 2 and 20, set by the challenger with the times option. Each round is played with secret, simultaneous choices, then revealed together with a running score — no timeout, so players can take their time.
Only if the poll creator enabled multiple votes when creating it. Yes/No votes in #yes-no-voting are always single-vote and always anonymous.
The creator chooses when making a custom poll in #poll. If anonymity is off, closing the poll shows exactly who voted for each option. Yes/No polls are always anonymous.
Run /close with the poll's exact name, or just run it without a name to get a select menu of all currently open polls in that channel.
No. Game buttons only respond to the two participants involved, and every poll button checks the voter's identity and eligibility before recording a vote.
Data & reliability
KAMLA runs entirely in memory — there is no database. Server configuration lives in a hidden Discord channel it manages itself, and active games/polls exist only for the duration of the match or vote.
Because state is memory-only by design, an in-progress game or poll doesn't survive a restart — its buttons simply stop responding. Just start a new one; nothing else on your server is affected.
KAMLA is hosted as a persistent background service, so it should be online continuously. If it's ever unresponsive, check the developer contact below.
